1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zxbajl ("zxbajl", "we", "us", "the Platform") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at https://zxbajl.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By completing the zxbajl account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree", "Register", or equivalent button, or by accessing or using any part of the zxbajl platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the zxbajl platform.

zxbajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, zxbajl will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version in effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of zxbajl is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on zxbajl under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, account suspension, or voluntary exclusion agreement with zxbajl or any other gambling platform where such agreement remains in force.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of zxbajl or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.

Age Verification

zxbajl operates a strict Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedure. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).

zxbajl reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during a player's registration, deposit, withdrawal, or general account usage — not solely at the withdrawal stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access any real-money game, sports betting market, or financial feature on zxbajl, you must first complete the account registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on zxbajl at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended pending investigation. zxbajl reserves the right to void any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated across duplicate accounts and to permanently close all accounts found to be in breach of this policy.

Accuracy of Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your zxbajl account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your personal details change — including your residential address, phone number, or email address — you must update your account information promptly via the account settings section or by contacting the zxbajl support team at [email protected].

zxbajl reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal where the account information provided cannot be matched to the identity documents submitted during KYC verification. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. zxbajl will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately via the account settings page and notify the zxbajl support team without delay.

zxbajl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that zxbajl has not been negligent in the management of its own security systems. Any transactions completed using your login credentials before you notify zxbajl of a suspected breach will be treated as authorised transactions unless there is evidence of zxbajl system fault.

Account Closure

You may close your zxbajl account at any time by submitting a closure request to the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing checks. zxbajl also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion where a player is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the player.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the zxbajl platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). zxbajl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all displayed balances, wager amounts, and winnings are denominated in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

zxbajl currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited

The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice due to technical, regulatory, or operational factors outside zxbajl's control. The current list of available payment methods is always displayed on the cashier page of the platform.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on zxbajl is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your zxbajl account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned to the source account and may trigger an account review. zxbajl reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of the KYC process.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on zxbajl is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required.

zxbajl processes withdrawals only to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a payment method registered in the player's verified name. zxbajl will not process withdrawals to a payment account belonging to a third party under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process prior to first withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zxbajl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the full account registration process and verified their identity in accordance with zxbajl's KYC requirements.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific welcome or first-deposit bonus offer once only. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming the same bonus multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse and dealt with accordingly.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may only be used on slot games. Certain game categories — including live casino, sports betting, and crash games — may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion page for the applicable game restrictions.
• Bonuses have a validity period specified in the individual promotion terms. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of bonus expiry will result in the automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• zxbajl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal or modification will not be affected retroactively.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple outcomes to reduce wagering risk, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the platform to generate unintended bonus credits, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements — will have their bonus forfeited in full, their associated winnings voided, and their account suspended pending investigation. Repeated or deliberate abuse may result in permanent account closure.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering an account on zxbajl, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zxbajl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, accessing, or operating more than one player account on zxbajl, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in any way that is not the result of genuine, manual human action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the platform, including through shared information, coordinated betting patterns, or chip dumping.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, game malfunctions, or any other technical error on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or obvious error are void and will not be paid out.
• Money Laundering: Using the zxbajl platform for the purpose of depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds as a mechanism to launder money or to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Unlawful Use: Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.

zxbajl employs fraud detection systems and conducts manual account reviews to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, zxbajl reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, suspension of accounts without notice, and permanent closure with forfeiture of balance where fraud is confirmed.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the zxbajl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of zxbajl or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zxbajl platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the zxbajl platform without the prior written consent of zxbajl.

Game content provided by third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios respectively. All brand names, trademarks, and registered marks of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay belong to their respective owners and are referenced on this platform solely for the purpose of identifying available payment methods.

Any unauthorised use of zxbajl's intellectual property, including scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the platform, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zxbajl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if zxbajl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Platform Availability

zxbajl makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, zxbajl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or any cause outside zxbajl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, acts of nature, or government-imposed restrictions.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active game round or bet, zxbajl's decision regarding the outcome of that round shall be final. zxbajl reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a demonstrable technical error and to return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a game malfunction will not be honoured.

Responsible Gaming Disclaimer

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zxbajl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of the rights of any third party in connection with your use of the zxbajl platform.
